This restaurant is a great find.  The ambience, food and service are great.  The staff are friendly and go beyond to keep their customers happy.   Florid who looked after us went one step further in looking after us.

Ok atmosphere (more like the main lobby than a restaurant), good service (not outstanding or overly friendly, very to the point and not very sales oriented, I mean,  after asking if the food was satisfactory,  you could ask if we&#39;d have wanted something else), food itself average: very oily veggies and chips/fries (refried) and overcooked fish

Dinner at a restaurant called Dutch kitchen, the combination of oysters and white wine was full of aroma, and the mood that was tortured by KPI was restored a little bit. Good night, Amsterdam. ​

Excellent restaurant.  Outstanding service.  The food quality was superb and the menu had something for everyone.  One of the best in hotel restaurants I&rsquo;ve ever gone too.

Always love coming here! The service was amazing and the staff, particularly our server Babu, was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our food was delicious as always.

Excellent food and service.  An all round excellent dining experience.  Would recommend and would dine there again next time I am staying at the Hilton Schipol Airport.   It would also be suitable for larger dining parties too.
